A natural Sourdough with tangy, sour flavor made from a blend of whole wheat and white flour, sourdough starter (25 years old), honey, water, yeast, and salt. The artisan breads are proofed in a Banneton basket for a few hours, then baked in the steam oven to develop a nice crust and a soft crumb on the inside.
